Instead of a traditional peanut butter filling, these dark chocolate cups incorporate a striking green center made from coconut butter, matcha powder, and vanilla bean. For an extra boost, you can even add MCT oil or collagen peptides to the filling. Use coconut milk as your dairy, and stick with stevia or monk fruit as your sweetener to keep this dessert Bulletproof-approved.
Since apples contain too much sugar to use in keto desserts, this pie uses a secret ingredient: Chayote squash. With a bright green skin and firm texture, they make the perfect apple substitute, and a perfect keto pie with under 4 net carbs per slice. Keep it Bulletproof and skip the nutmeg and apple extract, plus use grass-fed butter and Ceylon cinnamon. Avoid consuming xanthan gum too often, since it can irritate your gut.

This Olive Oil Cake recipe is just something you need to have in your back pocket. It's a simple cake recipe you can make for birthdays or use as a base for other sweet treats. Olive oil has a strong flavor, but it won't come through in this recipe. You'll be surprised to find it tastes like a dense pound cake. Add in different spices, nuts, or flavors to jazz it up or top it with whipped cream or a low-carb icing. Enjoy a slice of this moist, vanilla cake for just 2.5g of carbs per serving.

You’d never have thought that Chinese cuisine would naturally produce delicious Keto burgers, but there it is! This has been one of my favorite dishes growing up in a Chinese household, and I’m really excited to finally share it with you. This eggplant burger recipe sticks pretty closely to the traditional Chinese recipe (often called Qiezi He or Qie He).
The beautiful thing about making a nice, hearty soup during one of the busiest times of year is the ability not only to cook in quantity but also to do it in a Crock-Pot or slow cooker while you’re out doing other things. Of course, you can always do it the old-fashioned way on a stove top — or the new-fashioned way, in an Instant Pot — but soup season is the perfect time to break out “set-it-and-forget-it” cooking implements that make your life easier amidst the parties, visiting families, gift shopping and traveling that comes with the holidays.
Going keto might compel you to start experimenting with ingredients you would have never used otherwise. These vegan treats, for example, are held together with aquafaba—the liquid from a can of chickpeas, believe it or not. Still, the shredded coconut and the smooth chocolate on the bottom make them taste like the mouthwatering macaroons you know and love.
Sardines are a really good source of fish oils, vitamins and minerals and can be bought very cheaply, so a quick keto salad like this would be perfect for people on a budget or for students. The sardines are packed with flavor and require no cooking so even novice cooks can manage this for lunch or dinner. The cider vinegar offsets the oiliness of the fish giving the salad a lovely freshness.
Maya, I can’t tell you how excited I am to find this recipe! I have three young cats who are on a raw diet. In my previous life I was a home economics major and was taught not to waste anything. So from making their raw food I have the byproducts of egg whites and chicken bones and skin. It all gets frozen for future use. I use the bones and skin to make my own bone broth but I have egg whites out the ying yang! They are frozen in jars with the measurement of the contents on the lid. Now I’m going to thaw some and make bread! Have you tried making french toast with this?
How many carbs are in Olive Garden zoodles primavera with grilled chicken
Hi James, Thank you for sharing. Most likely this wasn’t fully cooked if it stuck to the parchment paper, as I never have to grease it, but I did add a note to the post that you could do that to be on the safe side. I think the previous recipe and post were not clear enough on how to make sure that it’s done, so I updated them and hope that will help. I’d love to know if that made a difference if you try it again. But, this bread is more similar to fluffy pre-sliced white bread than a crusty bread, so I still would not expect a crust. If you are looking for a crusty bread, try this almond flour bread instead.
Does the 14 day boiled egg diet work
Chicken enchiladas made with a green chile sauce is one of my favorite dinners. Trying to recreate enchiladas with low-carb tortillas can be a pain, especially if you try and make them yourself. With these, we've used softened cabbage leaves to roll up the filling. It's an easy and nutritious option! The enchiladas are stuffed with shredded chicken, onions, and shredded cheese. They're dolloped with a sauce made from chicken broth, sour cream, and green chilis. The result is flavorful, ...
If dark chocolate tastes too rich for you, this keto dessert creates a creamy alternative using whey protein, cocoa butter, erythritol, and unsweetened chocolate. Using a double boiler melts the chocolate gently and creates a satisfying milk chocolate flavor with 1 net carb per serving. To keep it Bulletproof, use a grass-fed whey and keep the heat on the lowest setting possible.
I just signed up after making the Easy Keto Bread. I truly believed my efforts were an epic failure when I set the pan in the oven to bake. What a huge surprise when the bread came out as advertised. We are super happy to have bread as we begin the second week of our keto journey. This bread is wonderful and easy to make. Looking forward many more great recipes, hints, and guidance as we proceed. Thank you!
I would like to point out that the metric conversion of 3/4 cup to 90g coconut flour as stated in your recipe is incorrect. Should be 84g per package labeling (Bob’s Red Mill). Unfortunately I made my first batch with 90g of coconut flour, and it was definitely not “pourable”. More like scoopable. I will try again with correct amount but thought I would point so you can update the recipe. Thank you!
